You pay the fair organizer directly, against their official invoice and contract. fair.rentals never holds your money. We verify every organizer before listing and display cancellation terms upfront.
Nothing. Browsing, comparing and reserving are free for exhibitors. We earn a commission from the organizer on completed bookings, and optional add-on services are priced transparently per item.
Yes. With every booking we run an eligibility check and prepare the documentation pack national incentive programs typically require — space allocation letter, invoices and participation certificates. The service is free with your reservation.
Your contract is with the organizer, and the cancellation policy is shown on the fair page before you request. If a listed fair is cancelled, our team follows up your refund case with the organizer until it is resolved.
